That’s where macros come in…

Macros are one of the most “countable” simple ways to eat smart and start feeling great!

Macros or macronutrients are the 3 categories of nutrients that provide us with the most energy and that we eat most frequently:

Fats, carbohydrates, and protein.
Macro counting sets itself apart from other approaches because you understand where the calories you’re eating are coming from and how that affects your body.

It takes counting one step further but in doing so educates and simplifies it!

You naturally start to develop a more balanced diet because you’re not just thinking about carbs, but proteins and fats too.

For example, women are supposed to eat around 2,000 calories per day.

If you’re eating 125g of protein that you know contains 500 calories, it’s then a case of having 1,500 calories left for your fats and carbs.

It means there’s a LOT of flexibility for you to eat better but also eat happy!
